Overdues Email Templates

All overdue email templates are stored in the database. These templates are accessible via the ILLiad Customization Manager by clicking on the Notification Templates tab. There are eight default overdue templates provided for each site (NVTGC):

  • Borrowing Overdue 1
  • Borrowing Overdue 2
  • Borrowing Overdue 3
  • Borrowing Overdue Reminder
  • Lending Overdue 1
  • Lending Overdue 2
  • Lending Overdue 3
  • Lending Overdue Reminder

Editing Overdues Email Templates​

To edit the email template for a specific site:

  1. In the ILLiad Customization Manager, click the Notification Templates tab.
  2. To view the list of email templates, click Edit
  3. Select the template you want to edit
  4. Make any necessary changes, and click Save.
