Borrowing

Cancel ISO Request : moves request to Cancelled by ILL Staff, makes an alert appear for lender

Expired Request: moves request to Cancelled by ILL Staff, makes an alert appear for Lender

Status Request: does nothing to the borrowing request, makes an alert appear for Lender

Lost Item: moves request to Awaiting Lost Item Processing

Conditional No : first moves request to Awaiting ISO Conditional Reply No then to Awaiting Unfilled Processing (Lender not alerted that you hit No)

Conditional Yes: does nothing to the borrowing request, moves Lending Request to Request Conditionalized and then Awaiting Conditional Request Processing

Lending

Recall Item : does nothing to lending request, moves Borrower’s request move to Awaiting Recall Processing

Cancel Request: moves lending request to Cancelled by ILL Staff

Cancel Reply No: prompts lender to route to an appropriate status, borrowing request moved to Awaiting Cancel Refused Processing

Cancel Reply Yes: moves lending request to Cancelled by ILL Staff
