Article Exchange Documents not Delivered when Odyssey Trusted Sender is set to Always

Question
Documents delivered via Article Exchange are getting stuck in Awaiting Odyssey Processing even though the Customization Manager key ArticleExchangeTrusted is set to Always and Override Trusted Sender is NOT checked in the Lender Address record.

Before delivering an article directly to the patron, the Odyssey Manager needs to verify that the Override Trusted Sender is not activated on the Lender Address record. In order to do that, it matches the document to the correct Lender Address Record. In this process, Odyssey Manager uses the IP address added in the Odyssey Received table to look for a matching IP in the Odyssey IP field of a Lender Address Record.
Since documents from Article Exchange do not have an originating IP, the System Manager is adding an IP to the Odyssey Received table. The IP it adds is the IP of the receiving (borrowing) library's Odyssey Service/ILLiad server instance. Most likely the Lender Address record for the sending library is blank and therefore will not match in this System Manager process.
PROBLEM: There is no indicator of the IP that is created in the Odyssey Received table in the Client. Nor is there a warning that IP is a required field in the Lender Address record, so the user would not know that the lack of IP address in the Lender Address Record is causing the problem with delivery.
If the lender is new, the system creates an Odyssey Sender Lender Address Record, but it does not add an IP address and would also cause the problem with auto-delivery.
WORKAROUND: Check to verify that the Lender Address record has an IP address. If it is blank, add the IP address of the Borrowing library's Odyssey Service/ILLiad Server to the Lender Address Record of the lending library sending the document through Article Exchange.
