Testing

Atlas will be able to test the addon to make sure that:

1. The RSA encryption algorithm is properly encrypting the patron data with a sample public key and a timestamp.
2. The encrypted patron data can be properly decrypted with the private key associated with the sample public key.
3. The JSON object is still being properly built, using the encryption enabled.

Atlas will not be able to test authentication with the Relais BorrowDirect test environment, because the encryption system has to be enabled for all of the patrons within a single consortium.
