Resolving File Upload Errors After the Aeon 5.2 Update

Issue​

After updating to Aeon 5.2, users may see the following error when uploading files for photoduplication requests from the Process tab of the Request form in the Aeon Client:

"Upload Error": "An error occurred while uploading the file for request {request number}.
Busy performing current action".

The Aeon Client logs will also show the following error:

Server fingerprint did not match expected fingerprint.
File transfer error 1030: Server's host key has been rejected by user.

Resolution​

To resolve this error:

  1. Open the Aeon Customization Manager

  2. Navigate to the FileServiceFingerprint customization key located under System | Electronic Delivery

  3. Clear the Key Value field completely so that the value of the key is blank:

    FileServiceFingerprint Key

  4. Click Save to save your changes

  5. Close the Aeon Customization Manager

  6. Restart the Aeon System Manager

  7. The FileServiceFingerprint key will be updated with a new value, resolving the file upload error in the Aeon Client
