RapidILL WebService Migration

Rapid is transitioning services from Colorado State University to the Ex Libris Higher-Ed Cloud Platform. To ensure continued service between ILLiad and Rapid, please see the information below for the required changes:

OCLC & Atlas Hosted Sites​

Your ILLiad service provider will run a query against your database to change the value of the RapidWebServiceURL customization key and restart your Rapid Manager Service before the old web service is no longer available. No action is required on your part.

Self-Hosted Sites​

  1. Change the value of the RapidWebServiceURL customization key in the Customization Manager under System | Rapid with the following new Rapid Web Service URL:

    Please replace the old Web Service URL that matches your version of ILLiad:

with the new Web Service URL:

  1. Restart the Rapid Service Manager.
