What is Atlas Systems’ Concierge?

You know what to expect when you contact the concierge at a hotel or resort – knowledge, expertise, speed, and the confidence of knowing everything is done right. Atlas Systems offers that same level of service with Concierge. We do what you don’t have staff or time to do—with the advantage of a set subscription fee that you can incorporate into your annual budget.

What can you expect from your Concierge subscription?

Your Concierge Team will schedule a kick-off meeting where we get to know each other and learn about your daily operations. Concierge is a highly customized service, so our primary focus is ensuring we thoroughly understand how you work, what works well for you, and what you would like to change.

Our goal is to give you continued confidence in your use of Atlas products, and ultimately to enhance how you serve your patrons.

What services are included in the Concierge subscription?

  • Needs assessment. This will identify ways to customize your use of Atlas products and any training your staff would find valuable.
  • **Ongoing project planning with a dedicated project manager.**This will increase the opportunity for success as you implement changes to your system.
  • **Customized training on current and new functionality.**This will ensure you have a full understanding of product functionality following initial implementation as well as on product upgrades.

What kinds of projects can Concierge help with?

Like any subscription service, the more you use your Concierge Service the greater the value you’ll derive from it. As part of the needs assessment process, the Concierge staff will help define your wish list and biggest pain points, zeroing in on issues and areas that might need improvement.

Who is using Concierge Services?

Atlas offers two options for Concierge Services—one for Access Services users of ILLiad and Ares and the other for Aeon users.
