Flag Queues
Flag queues, also known as virtual status queues, display lists of Items that have been flagged with a particular flag. Items that are flagged still maintain their workflow status queue. For example, an Item can remain in the Awaiting Reserves Processing workflow queue while also being flagged with a status like "Supervisor Review." Flag queues display on the Ares home screen and have a flag icon next to the name of the flag.
Default Flag Queues
Several flags exist by default and will be applied to Items at certain times.
Batch Upload Failed | If batch uploading fails for an Item, it will be flagged with this flag. SeeBatch Uploading Items to the Web. |

Item In Processing | When a staff user has an Item form open, the Item will be flagged with this flag. |
Loan Period Changed by Instructor | If an Instructor changes the Loan Period of an Item on the Ares web pages, it will be flagged with this flag. See Instructor Changes Loan Period. |
Hard Copy Item Cancelled by Instructor | If an Instructor deletes an Item on the Ares web pages, it will be flagged with this flag. See Instructor Cancels Hard Copy Item. |
