Aeon Default Print Templates

Note: Printing functionality is currently only supported in the Aeon Desktop Client and cannot be performed from the Aeon Web Client.

There are six default Word templates included with Aeon. The Word template used in a particular print process is specified in the Aeon Customization Manager under System | General. When you print using a document template, the template will merge with one of three Excel output data files/data source. These data files contain fields from the Aeon database tables. All Word templates are stored in the following location unless another path is specified by the PrintDocumentsPath key in the Aeon Customization Manager:

  • Per-machine Aeon Desktop Client installation: *C:\Program Files (x86)\Aeon\Client\Print*
  • Per-user Aeon Desktop Client installation: *C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Apps\Aeon\Client\Print*

The Excel data files are stored on the logged on user's My Documents folder in the *Aeon\Print* directory by default.
