Administrative Passwords

After the ILLiad 9.0 update, admin passwords will prompt to be changed upon the first login into ILLiad. The Atlas/OCLC accounts for each site will not work at all until a staff person goes in and sets a password in the staff manager. By doing this, the hope is that we will end up with different passwords for each site. Granted, the sites may not want to reset the Atlas/OCLC accounts.
